Adoption Information Event @ Marwell Zoo

Considering adopting a child? If so, we have a few spaces left for our free entry adoption event at Marwell Zoo on Sunday 15 October (10am – 1pm). At the event, you will see a presentation, meet others considering adoption, have a question and answer session with our adopters, and enjoy an afternoon seeing the animals.

We recruit adopters within 50 miles of Portsmouth (potentially further afield), and are especially in need for adopters who live outside of the city for children in care of all ages, in particular sibling groups and children aged 3 plus. You can adopt whether you are single or part of a couple, whether you own or rent your own home (spare room required), and regardless of ethnicity or sexuality. We are especially keen to hear from people with any childcare experience, whether personal, professional or voluntary.
