CCS Adoption BME Information Event (Bristol)

You could offer a child a positive future.

Black and dual heritage children are waiting for loving homes. We want all children to have security and a positive sense of identity with a family that reflects their ethnicity, where possible.

We welcome everyone to this event interested in finding out about adoption and in particular we look forward to talking with Black and dual heritage families in the Bristol area. Do come and talk with adopters and our team to find out if it’s something you can do.

There will be a short presentation at 6pm with a Q&A session with adopters and you’ll get to hear about their experiences and find out more about the application process.

Our expert adoption team will be on hand to answer any questions you might have and to tell you more about the lifelong support and training we provide, much of it through The Centre for Adoption Support and Education. You’ll find out what the next steps are if you decide that adoption is right for you.

Everyone is welcome. However, due to the sensitive nature of the event, if you already have children in your family we would prefer if you would leave them at home.
