Description
Diagrama is an independent adoption agency with a GOOD rating from Ofsted. It is one of a network of professional not-for-profit specialists working independently across local authority boundaries to provide consistent high quality support for adopters and adopted children deemed ‘harder to place’.
Diagrama works hard to find the best adopters for children awaiting a new, loving and permanent home – ensuring prospective adopters are fully supported throughout the process. This child-centred service is aimed to meet your needs too – it is not a case of one size fits all.
Diagrama staff are passionate about creating families and will provide you with life-long support. The team offers a personal approach, listening to your concerns, taking time to get to know you and providing a tailored experience.
Diagrama’s agency started in 2014 when the charity acquired the long-established Cabrini Children’s Society adoption service.
