Leeds Information Event – Celebrating Single Adoption

If you are thinking about adopting a child as a single person come along to our specialist information event. Single prospective adoptive parents are welcome at all our information events but this event will be staffed especially with single adoptive parents and specialist staff from Leeds Adoptive Service. They can answer questions and concerns around the adoption process as a whole and how things might differ for a single adoptive parent. You can also meet other people who are thinking about adoption and those who have been through the process already. There will be opportunities to hear about personal experiences of assessment and of a child or children joining your family.

The event will take place at Waitrose Café in Meanwood, LS6 4RJ. Please arrive for a 6.30pm start, the event should last around 1 and a half hours.​
