St Francis’ Children’s Society First Wednesday Information Events (Milton Keynes)

SFCS is an independent adoption agency which welcomes all kinds of families for all kinds of children, regardless of age, race, cultural background, religion, marital status or sexual orientation.

SFCS hosts regular Adoption Information Events, which enable you to find out more about our service and the adoption process itself in a relaxed, no-pressure atmosphere.

Our events are open to anyone who may be considering building a family through adoption. Wherever you are in the thought process, whatever your stage of readiness, we’d love to talk to you.

Our monthly First Wednesday events begin with a presentation by one of our experienced social workers, who will explain the adoption process and what you can expect from SFCS. You will then hear from one of our adopters, who will share their own experiences of becoming an adoptive parent.

You’ll be invited to ask any questions you may have throughout the evening, but you may also speak in private to a social worker if you need to.
