South Tyneside Information Event

Many people believe they cannot adopt due to financial reasons, religion, relationship or sexuality. However South Tyneside Council welcomes applications from  those who can offer love, care and a stable home to a child.

Pop along for an informal discussion (and even a cup of tea!) with our lovely adoption team. They will be on hand to discuss any queries or questions you have and to give you more information about adopting, and the process. They will also be on hand to put right some general misconceptions about who can and can’t become adoptive parents.
